Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return items in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order.

 Please Note:

  • Customers are responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning items, except in cases where the wrong size or product was sent. 

  • To start your return process, please click HERE, complete the return form, and we will approve your request within 1-2 days. After approval, package the item and send it back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Important Information:

  • For clearance or sale items, a store credit will be issued for use towards a future purchase.
  • Refunds for full-priced items will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. However, please allow up to 14 business days for your bank to process the transaction.
  • Customers must ensure the items are returned in the same condition as received.

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on head gears, head wraps, pierced jewellery, or swimwear. 

Processing a return may take up to 14 days once we receive your parcel. You can choose to send it back via the UK Post Office™, your local postal service, Parcel Collection Service, Collect+, Yodel, DPD or Evri ParcelShop.
